High Octane is readying itself to tout its newest action thriller, Agent Jade Black, from director and producer Terry Spears. The film stars actress Katie Burgess along with David C. Tam, JR Hatchett and Buddy Campbell, and actress Connie D. Franklin who plays the villain.
A skilled young female agent is tasked with capturing a rogue former agent before she can unleash a biological weapon starting with the wealthy and powerful purveyors of the international sex trade.
