The next chapter is on the horizon for the long-celebrated sci-fi staple that is Predator, and with none other than Dan Trachtenberg’s latest out of 20th Century Studios, Prey, set for its August 5 premiere on Hulu.
The Ice Road actress Amber Midthunder stars from a script by Patrick Aison which sets our story 300 years ago in the Commanche nation. She plays Naru, a fierce and highly skilled warrior raised in the shadow of some of the most legendary warriors who roam the Great Plains. When danger threatens her camp, she sets out to protect her people, but when the danger she confronts turns out to be a highly evolved and murderous alien with technologically advanced weaponry, it results in a vicious and terrifying showdown.
Also starring are Dakota Beavers, Michelle Thrush and Julian Black Antelope.
