ANNA AND THE APOCALYPSE Sings, Dances And Kills Through The Undead In The Official Trailer

It’s high-time that the zombie apocalypse gets into full swing with the official U.S. trailer for upcoming Orion release, Anna And The Apocalypse. USA Today unveiled the goods on Wednesday with word of a November 30 release now in tow, with screenings in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Austin. Other territories are pending.

A zombie apocalypse threatens the sleepy town of Little Haven – at Christmas – forcing Anna and her friends to fight, slash and sing their way to survival, facing the undead in a desperate race to reach their loved ones. But they soon discover that no one is safe in this new world, and with civilization falling apart around them, the only people they can truly rely on are each other.

The film takes its cues from a 2011 short by the late Ryan McHenry. McHenry penned the script with Alan McDonald for John McPhail who directs.

Actress Ella Hunt (Our Robot Overlords) stars in the title role along with Mark Benton (The Halcyon) as her father Tony and Paul Kaye (Game Of Thrones) as the wicked antagonist Savage, with Malcolm Cumming, Sarah Swire, Christopher Leveaux, Ben Wiggins and Marli Siu starring.
