AMC Networks’ RLJE Films is announcing the forthcoming home release of Cosmic Sin and Breach helmer Edward Drake’s new actioner, Apex, on DVD and Blu-ray beginning February 8.
Co-written by Drake and by Corey Large (The Ninth Passenger), the film stars Bruce Willis as Malone, an ex-cop serving serving a life sentence for a crime he didn’t commit. He is offered a chance at freedom if he can survive a deadly game of Apex, where six hunters pay for the pleasure of hunting another human on a remote island. Once Malone arrives all hell breaks loose, laying traps and playing mind games, battling to turn the tables and fight for his life and his future.
The cast also includes Neal McDonough, Lochlyn Munro, Megan Peta Hill and Trevor Gretzky.
