Hanny Saputra’s new coming-of-age drama is getting a March 14 release in Indonesia. For this, we get the latest official trailer for Bad Boy In Love, starring Jeff Smith, Cassandra Lee, and Nicole Parham.
The year is 1991. At his school, Jethro leads a gang called KNOX. He is also very smart, maybe too smart for his own good. Sara, Jethro’s classmate, is a humble and shy ponytailed girl. Sara put all her focus to study because she wants to go to top medical school.
Jethro and Sara never speak to each other. In Jethro’s mind, Sara doesn’t exist. No one knows that Sara secretly has a crush on Jethro. Things starts happening and romance blossoms between them. Will they be able to be together at the end?
Saputra directs and produces from a script by Oka Aurora. Definitely for romantics and lovelorn types out there but I’m here for the punches myself, as well as a good story, obvi.
