I’m still not over how bland the first official poster is for the January release of Bad Boys For Life. The newest trailer now online as of Tuesday certainly has more appeal and with none other than Will Smith and Martin Lawrence leading the way as they tear through the streets, fighting all sorts of crime and shenanigans and what not.
Their latest challenge? An Albanian merc looking to even the score with Miami’s finest. Directing duo Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah (Broeders, Black, Gangsta) take the helm following up on Michael Bay’s predecessors which have both become favored as part-and-parcel to Bay’s style and brand of action cinema, comprised of riproaring chase scenes and shootouts and copious colloquial banter between the films’ two leads.
Here’s hoping El Arbi and Fallah can replicate as of January 17.
