BLACK SNAKE Trailer: Park Do-Hwan’s Bloody Revenge Noir Thriller Opens Later This Month!

Every once in a while you tumble down a rabbit hole and you find something that looks as cool as Park Do-hwan’s Black Snake that you can’t let go…

Park directs a cast led by Boo Jung-woo who also serves as the film’s action director. Set against the backdrop of a power vacuum left in the wake of an underworld boss’s death, Black Snake follows a hitman who, with the help of a dirty cop and a woman on the inside, sets out on a mission of vengeance for the death of a respected big brother.

Inolmedia is handling the film’s release on October 29. As for any overseas possibilities, well, that’s a mystery to me. All I know is that with a pair of visual assets setting off the Korean action noir alarms and gangbuster thrills with weapons galore clashing, my interest is piqued!
