There’s nothing but excitement to draw from a new season of Korean action series drama, Bloodhounds. The official season two teaser is here following a brief promo back in January, and the footage is looking more promising by the second with the return of Woo Do-hwan and Lee Sang-yi, and the addition of a new villain in Jung Ji-hoon, a.k.a. “Rain”.
You can check out some of that earlier hype here, while as the streamer puts it: “Season 2 returns with a bigger stage and even higher stakes, moving into the brutal world of an underground international boxing league,” with Jung’s character known as “Baek-jeong — a chilling new villain whose power in the ring is matched only by his greed.”

Having taken down the loan shark ring, Gun-woo continues chasing his dream of becoming a boxing champion, with Woo-jin now in his corner as coach and chosen family. After grueling training and countless fights, Gun-woo finally claims the long-awaited victory, and the two soak in the roar of the crowd — until a new threat emerges that shakes their sense of invincibility.

Bloodhounds is directed by Kim Joo-hwan and is based on the hit Naver Webtoon by Jeong Chan, and jails from Studio N and GHOST STUDIO. Netflix will launch the episodes worldwide on April 3.
