Actor Donnie Yen is turning away from his signature action star prowess in a rare segue to riveting drama and suspense with the new film, Come Back Home. The first teaser is running with Yen starring and producing the pic from director Lo Chi-Leung, about a father joined by an army of rescue operatives as they brave the life-threatening limits of the freezing Chengbai mountains in search of his lost son.
The film began shooting initially in 2020 and ultimately took a back seat until resuming in November that year, and so far looks to be on track for a 2022 release. Check out the trailer above!
