GIRL Trailer: Bella Thorne Is Burying Anything But The Hatchet She Kills With

What would you do if you had a chance to reap vengeance on the one who wronged you and somebody beat you to it?…

That’s the question Bella Thorne’s character (The Babysitter, Chick Fight) will be faced with answering in Chad Faust’s feature directing debut, Girl. Chicken Soup for the Soul’s Screen Media shingle acquired the new thriller back in September ahead of Fantastic Fest, and will release the film in select theaters and on-demand from November 24.

A young woman (Bella Thorne) heads back to her hometown, intent on exacting revenge on her abusive father, only to discover someone beat her to it. She soon finds herself prey to a sinister sheriff (Mickey Rourke) and his wicked brother (Chad Faust) as she slowly uncovers a family legacy more disturbing than she ever could have imagined.

Faust also wrote the pic, and co-stars with Glenn Gould (Charlie Zone, In Order of Disappearance, “Cardinal”), Lanette Ware (Taken, “The Wedding Planners”), and Elizabeth Saunders (“Alias Grace,” IT).
