Cineverse is kicking off the week with the trailer reveal for Misdirection, the new home invasion thriller from Willy’s Wonderland helmer Kevin Lewis. Also starring Frank Grillo and Oliver Trevena, the film will arrive on VOD from February 10.

LOS ANGELES – January 12, 2026 – Cineverse (Nasdaq: CNVS), the next-generation entertainment studio, announced today that Misdirection, the latest film from director Kevin Lewis (Willy’s Wonderland), will debut on Digital and Video on Demand on February 10, 2026. The action thriller stars Frank Grillo (Superman, Avengers: Endgame), Olga Kurylenko (Black Widow, Quantum of Solace) and Oliver Trevena (The Gorge, Plane) in a riveting heist where nothing is what it seems.

The official synopsis is as follows: Misdirection follows a couple driven to carry out a series of high-end heists to pay off a dangerous mob debt. When their latest break-in — targeting a prominent defense attorney — spirals out of control, the pair find themselves caught in a web of secrets, deception, and deadly consequences.
