For those of you with a soft spot for Indian cinema, the producers at DVV Entertainment are out this week with an absolute banger in the form of M.M. Keeravani’s official lyric video of Mass Anthem – a.k.a. Naatu Naatu, hailing from the forthcoming soundtrack of S.S. Rajamouli’s pending period thriller, RRR. The film’s leads, actors N.T. Rama Rao Jr. and Ram Charan, take point with vocals Vishal Mishra, Rahul Sipligunj, and choreography by Prem Rakshith.
The two actors star as freedom fighters in the 1920s, per the narrative set in the upcoming film which finally graced online audiences a taste of what lies ahead for its January 7, 2022 release. RRR (also recognized as “Rise, Roar, Revolt”) is one of the biggest and most anticipated films of the new year, after four years active development of which three years saw principal photography with a production that stared down the global COVID-19 pandemic before finally wrapping back in August.
