Rohan Chand Leads The Pack In The Official Trailer For MOWGLI: LEGEND OF THE JUNGLE

It’s been about three years since Andy Serkis’ own Rudyard Kipling treatment, Mowgli: Legend Of The Jungle, began its production. Indeed the task undoubtedly underwent taxing efforts to help showcase the groundbreaking technology used to enhance VFX-heavy characters with motion capture tools Serkis’ further innovated in his own resumè – most prolifically for the Lord Of The Rings and The Hobbit films.

Enter young actor Rohan Chand as the human presence leading the film’s ensemble cast of in-person and voice-over actors and what awaits, according to the first official trailer, assures a film that aims to be something purely triumphant and thrilling for family audiences. Netflix is also obliging viewers with a select theatrical release as well, and of all days on the day of its stream premiere which will be December 7.

Christian Bale, Cate Blanchett, Benedict Cumberbatch, Andy Serkis, Freida Pinto, Matthew Rhys and Naomie Harris lead an all-star cast along with newcomer Rohan Chand in this visually spectacular and emotionally moving adventure.
