Buy Me A Coffee

Benefitting as one of several titles supported by the Hong Kong Film Development Council’s First Feature Film Initiative, the ceremony continues for Hong Kong filmgoers as we now look toward Stuntman, which opens in theaters on September 26 from Edko Films.

Stuntman stars Terrence Lau and renowned action director Stephen Tung, along with Philip Ng and Cecilia Choi, and is helmed by Albert Leung, and Herbert Leung, expanding on a shortfilm conceived a decade earlier which they wrote and directed. As Screendaily noted in its coverage back in the Spring during the Hong Kong Asian Film Festival, Stuntman centers on “a once-famous stunt director who pursues a comeback but disrupts the relationship with his daughter in the process.”

Stuntman also reunites a few of its actors with producer Angus Chan (Twilight Of The Warriors: Walled In). The teaser launched just over half a day ago. Check it out below!
