If Ram Gopal Varma’s upcoming Enter The Girl Dragon wasn’t enough to excite you for some favorable martial arts cinema from Southeast Asia, you may now turn over to the latest feat from now four-time filmmaker, Malayam writer/director Abrid Shine.
Not a lot of originality for the title here of course, but The Kung Fu Master has arrived with its first official trailer just a week after unveiling key art ahead of a January release with actress Neeta Pillai, and actors Jiji Scaria and Sanoop D starring.
Plot details are annoyingly scarce here but as far as what the trailer dishes out, I see kung fu fighters, brooding bikers, parkour, stylishly shot action, and fists hitting faces – an important element to any martial arts film these days. The Kung Fu Master is no exception, but it does meet the demand so far…
