Currently in production is The Original Gangster which hails from director Syamsul Yusof, best known for his work on the KL Gangster films and his newest period action epic, Mat Kilau: Rise Of The Warriors.
The Original Gangster hails from Syamsul Yusof Films and Razor’s Edge Pictures, and is being billed as the most expensive production out of Yusof’s wheelhouse. Plot details are unknown at this point though, while Yusof and the official fanpage for the film on Instagram have already released several stills which you can also view below.
The film stars Sharnaaz Ahmad and Aaron Aziz along with Mat Kilau co-star Beto Kusyairy, and even Yusof himself, along with action stalwart Yayan Ruhian among others. Check out the stills in the gallery below and feel free to hit up the Instagram pages to follow along!
