Writer/director H. Vinoth’s fifth project to date now brings us the 61st screen credit for celebrated Kollywood actor Ajith Kumar (Valimai) with heist actioner, Thunivu. The film is set to release in India on January 12 with a cast that also lists actress Manju Warrier, and co-stars Samuthirakani, John Kokken, Veera and Bagavathi Perumal.
In Chennai, an unnamed robber and his team hijack a bank and hold everyone in it as hostages. He forces the Government of Tamil Nadu to fulfill their demands and necessities in exchange for the safe return of the hostages.
