TIGER MAN: A Legend Avenges Another For A New Feature Throwback Actioner

Director James Campbell is currently on the way with western thriller feature debut, The Moonshine Gang Of Cheyenne. That project already brandishes a cool retro poster for the kind of period era it takes aim at, which also speaks to Campbell’s intentions for his hopeful second offering, Tiger Man.

Campbell is developing the film firstly as a proof of concept to shoot next year, and is conceiving the project with actor Paul London. The crux? A film titularly inspired by a hit song from music legend Elvis Presley that sees the king of rock ‘n roll himself take on a criminal organization he suspects is responsible for the death of Bruce Lee. Actor and stunt performer Danny Darwin (Nightshooters, The Division) is set to play a villain.

Campbell’s Indiegogo pitch video promises combination of visual and aesthetic tropes from hit films Hard Boiled, Enter The Dragon and Face/Off, and he’s got a cast roster in place with London front and center. He’s also paired with action star and actor Jean-Paul Ly who will provide his superb talents in fight choreography and action design just as he did in Fantasia 2017 darling, Jailbreak, and Gu Shangwei starrer, The Prey.
