Instant Swamp and It’s Me, It’s Me director Satoshi Miki’s latest spectacle has been running its campaign since the summer and now it’s finally got itself an English title with What Do We Do With The Dead Kaiju?, a fair take on the narrative given the plain-as-day imagery we’ve been seeing in the promo footage for the last five months.
The film also has a brand new poster and minute-long trailer (the latter which you can view above) to accomodate folks looking to have their monster movie fill come February 4, 2022. A co-prod between Shochiku and Toei, the film stars Ryosuke Yamada (Fullmetal Alchemist) and Tao Tsuchiya (Rurouni Kenshin saga), along with Gaku Hamada (A Beloved Wife), Joe Odagiri (Foujita) and Toshiyuki Nishida (Outrage Coda).
