“Squid Game” season two co-star Kang Ha-neul is among the lot leading the charge in Hwang Byung-kook’s new action crime thriller, Yadang: The Snitch. The official trailer is now online along with a handy round-up of character posters beneath the player.
In the league of drug crimes, the insiders who leak the information of drug-criminals are called ‘Ya-Dang’.
Drug-criminals take advantage of commutation by passing over the insider’s information bought from ‘Ya-Dang’. Cops and prosecutors, on the other hand, make performances by using the information. There is a triangle in Korean drug-crime scene: police, prosecutors and the game changer, ‘Ya-Dang’.
Also starring are Yoo Hae-jin, and Park Hae-joon, along with Ryu Kyung-soo, and Chae Won-bin. The movie opens in local cinemas beginning April 23.
