HIGH KICK ANGELS Gets A New Action Promo

Director Yokoyama Kazuhiro and producer Nishi Fuyuhiko are well on their way to showcase the resulting onslaught of high flying beauties and super-flexible kicks in their newest film, High Kick Angels. This week, following up with the recent airing of an Ip Man-style promo and action promo is brand new promo scored with the theme from Fist Of The North Star, featuring similar footage seen in previous posts.

If you recognize the song, then all well and good. You are way better at identifying Japanese themes than I, so wear that badge proud I say!
High Kick Angels features actress Ito Risako, along with Karate champion Kanon Miyohara, Kyokushin black belt Mayu Kawamoto, ballet dancer Hirona Nagashima and Japanese model and fellow Karate blackbelt Kaede Aono making her film debut. The film kicks high into Japanese theaters on June 14.
SYNOPSIS:

The girls from the high school film club are shooting their action epic “High Kick Angels” at school. Their goal is to make a full-scale action film in the style of Jackie Chan and Bruce Lee. As they toil away at their amateur effort, a gang of thugs descend upon the schoolyard…
