It’s been 35 years since the animated series launch of City Hunter, and Aniplex is HERE. FOR. IT.
The studio is announcing a new animated film in production following the box office success of director Kenji Kodama’s 2019 release, City Hunter: Shinjuku Private Eyes, once more adapting Tsukasa Hojo’s classic manga for the screen with none other than Akira Kamiya back at the mic to voice the lead role of Ryo Saeba.
And indeed, TM Network’s “Get Wild” will be the returning theme for fans fond of the franchise.
