Don’t ask me what my thoughts are on Ant-Man. Chalk it up to one of a number of movies I haven’t seen yet because life takes over and one can’t always keep up, but it’s definitely in my watchlist apart from my own procrastinating and thankfully these Marvel films don’t all have to be seen in succession. Thus, there’s plenty of time for me at least until the release of director Peyton Reed’s Ant-Man And The Wasp on July 6, 2018 ahead of the Russos’ Avengers: Infinity War.
MARVEL STUDIOS’ ‘ANT-MAN AND THE WASP’ BEGINS PRODUCTION
The next installment of the MCU begins!
In 2015, fans met Scott Lang as Ant-Man and Hope van Dyne. in 2018, they’ll meet “Ant-Man and the Wasp” as Marvel Studios has begun production on the next chapter in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Joining Scott Lang (Paul Rudd), Hope van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly), and Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) for the sequel are Michelle Pfeiffer as Janet van Dyne, Laurence Fishburne as Doctor Bill Foster, Hannah John-Kamen as Ghost, Randall Park as Agent Jimmy Woo, and Walton Goggins as Sonny Burch.
Marvel also went a step further with an announcement video on Tuesday. Apart from this, let’s hope they don’t pull another stunt like they did with the ridiculous “ant-sized” teasers like before. That was just annoying.
