The Russo sibs – Joe and Anthony, are at the helm once more and have made fine work of the Avengers end of things since taking over after the second and third Captain America films. Their hands have been involved with other projects but that hasn’t deterred them from continuing to craft one of the best, most extraordinary and memorable film franchises to date within the MCU, and they’re back again to bring the journey closer to its end with Avengers: Endgame, following the harrowing fracas of Infinity War and the casualties thereof.
A culmination of 22 interconnected films the fourth installment of the Avengers saga will draw audiences to witness the turning point of this epic journey. Our beloved heroes will truly understand how fragile this reality is and the sacrifices that must be made to uphold it.
Of course, there are more Marvel films happening and this may very well be nearing the end of one saga as others are spawned. At any rate, Marvel will do its Marvel thing and Disney will surely be on hand so long as there is money to be made and droves of fans to make it from.
