It’s been what feels like the biggest minute ever since any of us heard from director Wych Kaosayananda. The man at the helm for recent films like The Driver and One Night In Bangkok is now back with Bang, starring none other than Hellboy: The Crooked Man leading man Jack Kesy.
Bang, one of the most feared hitmen, questions his violent life after a near-death experience. Seeing a future beyond bloodshed, he wants out—but his crime boss won’t let go without a fight.
Kaosayananda filmed this particular actioner a long, long while back and has been sitting somewhere quietly awaiting an announcement from the stewards at Saban Films. The label now has an official trailer which you can view below, with a cast that also lists Peter Weller, Kane Kosugi, and Marie Broenner, along with Steve Bastoni and Tristin Mays.
Bang will release in theaters, on Demand and on Digital beginning July 11.
