BLIND RAGE: Sunny Pang Inks A Deadly Reveal In Preliminary Key Art For The Upcoming Assassin Thriller [EXCLUSIVE]

Film Combat Syndicate is proudly announcing Blind Rage, the next project to begin rolling in the June of 2021 starring actor Sunny Pang. He’ll be teaming up once more with Ranjeet S. Marwa, who will write and direct the project in Birmingham, U.K., just as they did on their latest endeavor, Exiled: The Chosen Ones, which stars Pang and is currently in post-production.

The Singaporean action star will play the role of an blind, assuming character who serves as a government assassin. Plot details are under wraps for the new movie, barring the overall vision and tone which I’m told aims as a cross between The Equalizer, Marvel’s Daredevil and the 1980 jidaigeki classic, Shogun Assassin. Marwa will produce out of his Rocket Sky High Motion Pictures Ltd. label next to Djonny Chen (Daemon Mind) of Silent D Pictures.

Pang has been a working actor since 1993, and has worked his way up to owning the mantle for his own film and television action unit, Singapore’s Ronin Action Group, as of 2012. I am told the team, whose credits also partly includes TV series 2025, Jacen Tan’s horror comedy Zombiepura and J.D. Chua’s new action horror, Circle Line, will be on hand with Pang for the action.

Blind Rage is one of a latest in an on-going procession for U.K.-based Marwa who has had his eye on Pang, whose recent appearances have been in Toggle series The Driver, as well as 2017 thriller Headshot with Iko Uwais and Julie Estelle, and again with the two actors in Joe Taslim’s 2018 action feature, The Night Comes For Us, from filmmaker Timo Tjahjanto. Pang remains attached to at least two other titles currently in Marwa’s folder – taken-style thriller Traced, and the long-awaited Blood Rush, both of which are still in development.

Marwa is also circling other notable talents for Blind Rage, in addition to lining-up Wolves which FCSyndicate will have more info on in a future report.

Pang has allowed us to debut the exclusive conceptual preliminary key art which he conjured with Marwa this month, which you can view below.
