British Action Returns With The New Trailer For AGE OF KILL!

Whether you love action movies or love great music, chances are you’ll enjoy what comes next from Martin Kemp, an actor whose career also comes with an audience keen to his time as the bassist for 1980’s new wave band, Spandau Ballet. Next month, he returns back to the field of action in a role clearly representative of the slate of gritty and grounded British action movies from UK-based Richwater Films.

I speak of Age Of Kill, the name of the new thriller written by Simon Cluett and director Neil Jones, centered on a black ops sniper and the mystery that unfolds when he is blackmailed by a hidden terrorist into killing six seemingly random targets in six hours, lest the enemy increase the body count himself. Among the cast are April Pearson, Philip Davis, Dexter Fletcher, Patrick Bergin, Bruce Payne and Nick Moran for the film’s UK arrival on Digital/VOD and in cinemas on June 12 before releasing on DVD and Blu-Ray a few days later, courtesy of Anchor Bay.

SYNOPSIS:

Sam Blake (Martin Kemp) is running out of time. Living in the shadow of a botched mission that claimed an innocent victim, the disgraced special ops sniper is plunged into a world of darkness when his daughter is taken hostage by a sinister terrorist. Out of options and with no one to turn to, Blake is forced to carry out their evil bidding and must assassinate six seemingly random targets within six hours on the streets of London.

As chaos reigns and the body count rises, the city’s fragile political climate is threatened. If shattered, the consequences would be catastrophic. With his old unit closing in and his daughter at the mercy of a psychopath, every second counts.
