Catch Two New Clips + A New Hyper Comic For 47 RONIN!

Promotion for the upcoming December 25, 2013 release of Universal Pictures’ 47 Ronin continues in full swing with new clips and featurettes, as well as motion graphic novelization – a key selling factor for many sci-fi/fantasy/action adventure films as of late, with 47 Ronin recently unveiling its own prequel comic for the film last week courtesy of Crave. On Tuesday, the masterless samurai have struck again with a brand new, illustrious, animated 47 Ronin Hyper Comic, in addition to two new clips to help keep things rolling, and you can check those out below the synopsis, thanks to IGN.

47 Ronin is directed by Carl Rinsch and stars Keanu Reeves, Hiroyuki Sanada, Ko Shibasaki, Rinko Kikuchi and Tadanobu Asano.
SYNOPSIS:

Keanu Reeves makes an explosive return to an action-adventure in 47 Ronin. After a treacherous warlord kills their master and banishes their kind, 47 leaderless samurai vow to seek vengeance and restore honor to their people. Driven from their homes and dispersed across the land, this band of ronin must seek the help of Kai (Reeves)—a half-breed they once rejected—as they fight their way across a savage world of mythic beasts, shape shifting witchcraft and wondrous terrors.

As this exiled, enslaved outcast becomes their most deadly weapon, he will transform into the hero who inspires this band of outnumbered rebels to seize eternity.

Helmed by director Carl Rinsch (THE GIFT), 47 Ronin is produced Scott Stuber (TED, IDENTITY THIEF), Pamela Abdy (IDENTITY THIEF, UPCOMING ENDLESS LOVE) and Eric Mcleod (MR. & MRS. SMITH, AUSTIN POWERS SERIES).
