Roughly six months since wrapping principal photography, the new Charlie’s Angels reboot has an official trailer. Actress Elizabeth Banks (Perfect Pitch franchise) brings her own incarnation of the iconic spy team quarterback, Bosley to the fray while helming the new film based on the classic TV series.
Director Elizabeth Banks takes the helm as the next generation of fearless Charlie’s Angels take flight. In Banks’ bold vision, Kristen Stewart, Naomi Scott, and Ella Balinska are working for the mysterious Charles Townsend, whose security and investigative agency has expanded internationally. With the world’s smartest, bravest, and most highly trained women all over the globe, there are now teams of Angels guided by multiple Bosleys taking on the toughest jobs everywhere.
Banks also penned the script with Evan Spiliotopoulos and David Auburn taking on story duties. This one comes in Novemeber, and I’m a little torn about this since McG’s feature remakes feel like they happened just yesterday.
