Emergence – an espionage Action Thriller where an aging spy is unknowingly sent on a suicide mission and hunted for a valuable device in his possession.
Jamel Lewis directed, wrote, and produced Emergence as a proof of concept for a larger project down the line while the shortform iteration here began making the rounds a few days ago. I figured I’d share it, especially since I loved it and it’s not everyday I see proof of concept action shorts released that have this much quality to them and so I’m curious as to what lies ahead for Lewis’s efforts here if anything.
Chukwudi Iwuji stars along with Jenel Stevens Thompson and recent Hollywood Walk Of Fame laureate, actor Keith David, and featuring stunt performances by Scott Hoffman and Andrew Mihalko.
