Amazon Prime users in Germany, the U.K. and the U.S. will be among audiences to firstly catch Ranjeet S. Marwa’s new film, Exiled: The Chosen Ones, with an official trailer now online ahead of its streaming launch set for July 14.
The film is written by Marwa and stars Sunny Pang as a Yakuza enforcer who awakens in a locked-down prison facility housing other inmates, all subject to a deadly game of survival where the rich place their bets. Fans already saw a trailer launch last year while Marwa segued onto upcoming cyberpunk thriller, Rupture, with Exiled having been in negotiations with buyers until an acquisition was made official.
Khan also served as fight choreographer on Exiled in addition to Pang with whom he shares an action-packed fight finale on screen, which also marks their first venture together going forward as Marwa ramps up his next Pang starrer, Blind Wolf. Also starring in Exiled are Hannah Al Rashid, Oka Antara, Jay Bryhan and Nisaro Karim.
