FURY Blasts Away With A Second Trailer

Writer and director David Ayer‘s new World War II epic, Fury, started picking up some steam over the summer having already released a featurette and a first trailer back in late June. The new war drama from Sony Pictures has since continued making headlines this month with word of its official closing event premiere for the forthcoming London Film Festival, which launches on October 8 and ends on the 19th. Accordingly, its close will take place two days after the film opens in theaters just two days prior, moved from its previous date on November 14, and now the film has a second trailer to accompany its October date.

SYNOPSIS:

FURY is set at the very end of World War II, in April 1945. As the Allies make their final push in the European Theater, a battle-hardened army sergeant named Wardaddy (Brad Pitt) commands a Sherman tank and her five-man crew on a deadly mission behind enemy lines. Outnumbered and outgunned, Wardaddy and his men face overwhelming odds in their heroic attempts to strike at the heart of Nazi Germany.

Shia LaBeouf, Logan Lerman, Scott Eastwood, Michael Pena and Jason Isaacs also round out the cast of the film, which will open throughout the U.K. on October 24, one week after its U.S. date.
