Director Paween Purijitpanya’s sci-fi fight circuit action thriller God Skin is coming to North America, with word that Well Go USA has acquired the rights. The film previously held its World Premiere at Fantasia Festival last month and opened in Thailand this week.
God Skin hails from Thai production banner Jungka Studio which has since moved into world sales with this latest update. It stars Gee Sutthirak Subvijitra (4 Kings II) as a delivery driver who, in order to cover his mother’s mounting medical expenses, is lured into an underground arena where fighters are fused with special tattoos to enhance their prowess.
Rounding out the cast are Minnie Phantira Pipityakorn, Jaii Itkron Pungkiatrussamee, Ballchon Tanawat Cheawaram and Pae Arak Amornsupasiri, with action sequences by Panna Stunt Team.
