September 24, 2025 – For the first time in more than a decade, Halloween lands on a Friday and audiences are getting something they haven’t seen in nearly 20 years: a first-run double feature.

This Halloween Weekend, moviegoers nationwide can experience a horror fan’s dream critically acclaimed and Certified Fresh Hallow Road and Vincent Must Die back-to-back—for the price of one ticket—at AMC Theatres (NYSE:AMC).

XYZ Films is the studio behind the release, in partnership with Flawless and AMC Theatres, combining the nostalgia of a classic double feature with the intensity of modern horror to deliver the ultimate big-screen celebration.

The release also revives a tradition not seen since Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez’s Grindhouse in 2007, marking the first theatrical first-run double feature in almost two decades.

The celebration kicks off today with the premiere of the official double feature trailer and collectable poster, giving audiences their first glimpse of the scares to come.

“Consumers deserve a deal, and this double feature feels like the perfect way to celebrate Halloween Weekend,” said John Hegeman on behalf of XYZ Films and Flawless. “We want to drive audiences to theaters for great indie movies like these, and this is a creative way to do it. We’re grateful to AMC for bringing this event to horror fans nationwide.”

“This is such a great opportunity for indie movies to be enjoyed by the widest possible audience. We’re thrilled to be part of this Halloween event and grateful to AMC for supporting global cinema,” added Hallow Road filmmaker Babak Anvari.
