We might as well call today Trailer Day here at Film Combat Syndicate, what with all the hot new trailers coming out today. TheWolverineUK YouTube channel has unleashed The Wolverine in a brand new international trailer before the film’s North American release on July 26, 2013.
The film is directed by James Mangold with a screeplay by Christopher McQuarrie, and Mark Bomback, and stars Hugh Jackman who will also reprise his role as the adamantium-clawed superhero in Bryan Singer‘s upcoming “First Class” follow-up, X-Men: Days Of Future Past, which is slated for release on July 18, 2014. The film also features Will Yun Lee, Svetlana Khodchenkova, Famke Janssen, Hiroyuki Sanada, Hal Yamanouchi, Tao Okamoto, Rila Fukushima, and Brian Tee.
SYNOPSIS:
Based on the celebrated comic book arc, “The Wolverine” finds Logan, the eternal warrior and outsider, in Japan. There, samurai steel will clash with adamantium claw as Logan confronts a mysterious figure from his past in an epic battle that will leave him forever changed.
