JURASSIC WORLD 3: Dern, Neill And Goldblum Are Back For Colin Trevorrow’s Latest

Jurassic Park (1993)
Universal Pictures

The Jurassic Park franchise has had a revival of interest from both old and new fans with the 2015 film Jurassic World. Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom was released in 2018 and now a third film will be released in 2021 with some familiar faces.

Fans of the original trilogy will remember Laura Dern (Dr. Ellie Sattler) Sam Neill (Dr. Alan
Grant) and Jeff Goldblum (Ian Malcolm) as the first visitors to the original Jurassic Park and now
Universal Pictures has announced that they will return for Jurassic World 3 and will star with Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard. While Dr. Grant and Dr. Sattler have not appeared in a JP film since Jurassic Park III, Ian’s character appeared in The Lost World and made a brief
appearance in Fallen Kingdom.

No plot details have been released yet, but the ending of Fallen Kingdom saw the dinosaurs leaving the island and heading towards civilization so the next film may pick up that storyline.

Also returning to the film series are executive producers Colin Trevorrow and Steven Spielberg. Trevorrow wrote the screenplay for this upcoming film with Emily Carmichael (Pacific Rim: Uprising). We will keep you updated as more details are released.
