LET IT SNOW Forecasts Releases In The UK, Australia and NZ For Arclight

International sales agent, Arclight, successfully landed a distribution deal for the U.K., Australia and New Zealand releases of Stanislav Kapralov’s feature directing debut, Let It Snow. The news comes following Lionsgate’s own acquisition via Grindstone with a DVD, Digital and On-Demand release in tow for September 22.

A terrifying blend of action and horror, Let It Snow may just be the ride of your life. As Mia and Max visit a remote European resort for a freeride snowboarding vacation, they ignore the receptionist’s disturbing tales of unexplained deaths on the nearby trails. But when they sneak onto a forbidden slope, Max goes missing, and Mia finds herself attacked by a masked snowmobiler. Now she must brave the rider’s vicious attacks as well as a massive avalanche if she hopes to survive…

Kapralov directs from a script he wrote with Omri Rose, and with a cast that lists actress Ivanna Sakhno (The Spy Who Dumped Me, Pacific Rim: Uprising), and actors Alex Hafner (Submergence, The Councellor), and Tinatin Dalakishvili (Abigail). The film has also been acquired by Hark & Company (Japan), Spentzos Films (Greece), MCF Megacom (Ex-Yugoslavia), Falcon Films (Middle East), and Black Sheep Films (Africa).

“We are excited to have Signature handling distribution in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand for our exciting thriller Let it Snow. We have worked with their amazing team for a long time, and we always know that a film is in great hands, as reflected by the success of our previous releases with them such as the recently released Escape from Pretoria. Let it Snow is a hit thriller, and we are excited that more audiences will be able to sit, watch, and enjoy it,” said Gary Hamilton Chairman of Arclight Films.

Serge Lavrenyuk produced the pic for Solar Media (Woman At War), with FishCorb Film’s Yan Fisher and Roger Corbi (Papillon), and with Marianna Novikova exec producing.
