That now brings us to the official trailer for Line Of Fire [De Vuurlinie], starring Waldemar Torenstra and Sallie Harmsen in the story of a Dutch soldier forced to stare down an onslaught of controversy after being awarded 4th class knighthood in 2009.
After having received the highest military award of the Netherlands, a court case, post-traumatic stress and the scorn of the political establishment, the media and the general public turn Marco Kroon’s life into an emotional rollercoaster. Which makes it hard to hide that he’s harbouring a secret.
Reiné directs from a script by Alex van Galen. The film is produced by KeyFilm, AVRO, and FCCE, and by distro outlet Dutch FilmWorks.
