LONDON CALLING Reveals First Look At Josh Duhamel In New Action Comedy

A fresh new look at director Allan Ungar’s new action comedy is now online for London Calling, reuniting him with Bandit star Josh Duhamel (Shotgun Wedding) from a script by Oscar-nominated scribe Omer Levin Menekse and Quinn Wolfe. Rounding out the cast are Jeremy Ray Taylor (It, It: Chapter Two), Rick Hoffman (“Billions,” “Suits”) and Aidan Gillen (“Game of Thrones”).

After mistakenly killing a relative of London’s biggest crime boss (Gillen), mediocre hitman Tommy Ward (Duhamel) goes on the run and is stuck in L.A. To get back to his son on the other side of the pond, Tommy makes a deal with his new employer (Hoffman): teach his socially awkward teenage son Julian (Taylor) to be a man, in exchange for safe passage. Tommy is now forced to drag Julian, afraid of his own shadow, along on his latest contract killing of a renowned assassin. What starts off as a simple ride-along descends into utter chaos as this down-on-his-luck contract killer and his insecure protégé become each other’s lifelines.

Production recently wrapped in South Africa with Highland Film Group representing world sales on the film in Berlin this week.

London Calling is also produced by Ungar along with Delon Bakker and Kyle Ambrose (Rogue), Ryan Winterstern and Nathan Klingher (Land of Bad, Blood for Dust), Mark Fasano (Sleeping Dogs), Apur Parikh (The Surfer) and Julia Sandberg Hansson.
