She also took on the name of Manikarnika in the years leading up to her role in the rebellion against British rule and thus, we now have Zee Studios weighing in with a smashing new epic in 2019.
Kangana Ranaut of Tanu Weds Manu, Tanu Weds Manu Returns, Krissh 3 and Queen fame takes the mantle of the titular warrior queen as seen in the trailer above. The initial shot is clearly a CG-woven one but the remainder of the teaser largely achieves what it needs to from the moment our heroine slices her way from behind a British colonial flag and…well… clearly gets a kick out of cuttingthings. Cut-cut, slice-slice!
