Michael Jai White's NEVER BACK DOWN 3: NO SURRENDER Gets A June Release

It’s been a while since any of us heard from actor and martial artist Michael Jai White on the film front. Thankfully it’s largely been due to reasons centered on his latest sophmore effort in the director’s chair with another Never Back Down feature following the direct-to-DVD sequel, Never Back Down 2: The Beatdown.

On Thursday, fans finally learned a little more about the film through his newest Instagram post now bearing the title Never Back Down 3: No Surrender. White also returns to the role of Case Walker who now finds himself in Thailand and reinventing himself as a professional fighter following the events of the previous film, only he’ll have to do that against the likes of a number of worthy opponents, including  former UFC champion Josh Barnett, and Mad Max: Fury Road co-star, towering actor Nathan Jones.

Also starring are Stephen Quadros and Esai Morales along with actress Gillian Waters, and special appearances by Thai action stars Jeeja Yanin and Tony Jaa. Sony is set to release the film on June 7, so stay tuned for more info including a possible teaser or trailer as well!
