The folks over at The Asylum are back with a trailer for a film based on their own take on “The Future Of Law Enforcement” in the form of the new trailer for Android Cop. Directed by Mark Atkins, actor Michael Jai White stars in the film and seems to be as much of the biggest selling point as he seems to have been on the poster which went viral back in early November.
Actor Randy Wayne stars as the titular lawman equipped to help save the city of angels from a deadly disease, with Larissa Vereza and Charles S. Dutton rounding out the cast. The film is produced by David Rimawi, David Michael Latt and Paul Bales.
The film will release on Blu-Ray and DVD on February 4, 2014.
SYNOPSIS:
In this futuristic, action-packed thriller, a cop and his robotic partner enter the Zone, a forbidden section of the city inhabited by a diseased stricken populace. Together, they discover the real reason everyone is sick, and attempt to stop the illness – with the help of the machine’s powerful technology and weaponry.
