The announcement also comes hours after Marvel’s own Kevin Feige gave a statement in London after screening footage for the August 1 release of Guardians Of The Galaxy regarding the containment of the Daredevil universe and the question of whether ot not crossovers were possible. “They’re being very, very smart about that.” he says. “And approaching those shows the way we approach movies, which is focus on what you’re working on first. And make it as great as you can be at beginning, middle and end. And then look at if they’re places it makes sense for some interweaving of continuity. But right now their goal, and they’re in production on the Daredevil series, is to make the best incarnation of Daredevil that has ever existed.”
The series is being Steven S. DeKnight and joins Shinkoda with lead actor Charlie Cox in the title role, along with Vincent D’Onofrio, Elden Henson and Rosario Dawson. Stay tuned for more info.
