Jason Statham is back in Mutiny, a new action thriller coming August 21 in theaters from Lionsgate, which will be a great excuse for moviegoing if you’re in your comfort zone as much as Statham is as a one man army badass. He’s also joined on screen by Annabelle Wallis, Roland Møller, and Adrian Lester for Jean-François Richet directing.
In MUTINY, after witnessing his billionaire boss’s murder and being framed for the crime, Cole Reed (Jason Statham) boards a cargo ship on a one-man crusade to avenge his boss’ death only to discover an international conspiracy.
Lionsgate presents, a MadRiver Pictures and Punch Palace production.
Lindsay Michel and J.P. Davis penned the flick, and if Statham kicking ass and fighting baddies on a ship is your thing then you’re probably in the market. All well and good.
