Tubi and The Asylum proudly announcing the world premiere of high-stakes thriller, President Down. The film is directed by Nick Lyon and is releasing exclusively as a Tubi Original on August 29.
When the President of the United States collapses during a historic peace accord, chaos erupts. A sinister conspiracy is revealed—terrorists have hacked her pacemaker, threatening not only her life but also global stability. With every heartbeat on the line, a team of fearless agents must unravel the plot, hunt down its perpetrators, and stop a nuclear nightmare before time runs out.
President Down stars Gayle O’Grady as the President of the United States, along with Gina Vitori as her daughter. The cast also lists Jesse Kove, David Chokachi, Paul Logan, Johnny Pacar, and G. Anthony Joseph.
Actor G. Anthony Joseph praised the project, saying: “It was a blast being cast as the villain Dr Walsh and being directed by director Nick Lyon. He was such a pleasure to work with. He was very decisive and very firm in his craft yet he gave me room to create as an artist. That freedom made me feel totally relaxed on set despite the schedule we all had to keep.
