If you’re curious as to what indie directors Benny Tjandra and Doug Tochioka have been up to since Syndicate Smasher, the answer is, well, a lot. As of late, their more recent goings-on are ado with actress Tatiana Neva (“Super Power Beat Down) and screen legend Cynthia Rothrock who can now be seen in the official trailer for the new action thriller, Prey Of Wrath.
In the film, Neva plays an elite task force agent – the lethal product of a clandestine military program – on a mission to foil the nefarious plans of her former team and her sadistic mentor when they go rogue and steal nuclear warheads. Rothrock joins in as the dogged FBI director with whom the agent forms a volatile alliance in a deadly race against time to prevent a global catastrophe.
The trailer comes by way of ITN Studios who are releasing the new film later this year. Tjandra produced the pic via his New GenerAsian Pictures label, and directs alongside Tochioka who penned the script with Neva; The project also reteams Neva who exec produced the pic alongside Alexander Nevsky (The Wide West), who also exec produced through his Los Angeles-based Hollywood Storm production banner.
