SDCC 2014: Warner Bros Unveils BATMAN V SUPERMAN Comic-Con Footage And A Wonder Woman Full-Frontal!

Warner Bros went live this weekend kicking off a panel of its own with cast members from several of its films, namely Zack Snyder‘s newest production, Batman V. Superman: Dawn Of Justice. The film has already begun promoting several images of the title cast, namely Henry Cavill as Superman and Ben Affleck as Batman.

We’ve also seen only a few shots of actress Gal Gadot on set in her alterego character, Diana without her iconic Wonder Woman costume, and for months, speculation arose as to what that costume would look like. This weekend as you would suspect, that all changed with the new revealing top to bottom photo below:

Empire also took to its readership to describe some brief footage that was shown during Warner Bros. SDCC panel, and it reads as follows:

It was short but got right down to the heart of the matter. Set at night, in pouring rain, it begins on a rooftop with Ben Affleck’s Batman – in souped-up armour much like he wields in Frank Miller’s The Dark Knight Returns, including glowing eyes – pulling a tarpaulin off the Batsignal. It shines into the sky, and then – illuminated against the clouds, flecked with lightning, standing inside the symbol, is Henry Cavill’s Superman. And he does not look happy, his eyes glowing red with burgeoning heat vision ray. The camera tracks in on Batman’s face as he grimaces… and cut to black.

Needless to say there’s more info to divulge between now and the next two years as the film continues onward with Justice League with writer Chris Terrio on board. For now, Batman V. Superman: Dawn Of Justice will get its day on May 6, 2016.
