Director Adam Alleca’s new home invasion thriller, Standoff is now available on DirecTV as of January 14. For those of you interested more in big screen cinemafare, Saban Films is releasing it on limited screens and on digital HD on February 12. A fresh new trailer is now making the rounds this week to help kick things off between now and then, and not for nothing either with Lawrence Fishburne standing out in stellar villainous fashion opposite actor Thomas Jane.
SYNOPSIS:
Carter (Thomas Jane), a troubled veteran gets a chance at redemption by protecting a 12 year-old girl from a deadly assassin (Laurence Fishburne) after she witnesses a murder. Holding a shotgun with a single shell, he engages in physical and psychological warfare in a desperate fight for the girl’s life.
