The Body Count Rises In The New UK Trailer For ZERO TOLERANCE

It’s been a little over half a year since director Wych Kaosayanada‘s long-awaited 2012 bilingual crime thriller, Angels, took new life as Zero Tolerance, starring Dustin Nguyen, Sahajak Boonthanikit and Gary Daniels.
A few casting changes and reshoots this this time around helped gear the film toward a more action-oriented fanbase with the addition of martial arts action stars Kane Kosugi and Scott Adkins who were finally seen in the film’s first trailer back in May. This week, a new version of that same trailer is now online with some added subtitles in a few spots; It’s the same trailer, really. But the curiosity still stands as it’s been about two years since anyone outside of Thailand saw any version of this film, and Asian cinema fans are sure to appreciate the work here even moreso with the added action muscle in any capacity.

SYNOPSIS:

Zero Tolerance is a high-octane action-packed revenge thriller starring a host of the brightest martial arts action movie stars on the planet; including Scott Adkins (The Expendables 2, the Undisputed Franchise, the Ninja franchise), acclaimed international action star Dustin Nguyen (Once Upon A Time In Vietnam, Rapid Fire, 21 Jump Street), Kane Kosugi (Ninja: Shadow of a Tear, DOA: Dead or Alive, War) and real life martial arts champion and action movie veteran Gary Daniels (The Expendables, Tekken, Fist Of The NorthStar).

Bangkok, Thailand. The body of a naked and bound young woman (Angel) is discovered on the Chao Praya river. A senior Royal Thai Police Department detective arrives on the scene and is horrified to discover that the victim is the daughter of one of his oldest friends, Johnny – a man whose friendship goes back to earlier days when both were CIA surrogates. A man who will stop at nothing to make whoever is responsible pay!

The film is set for a possible UK release this year with other territories and dates pending. Check out the trailer below and stay tuned for more.
