The Final Trailer For X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST Is Here

Following a new clip from director Bryan Singer‘s forthcoming film, X-Men: Days Of Future Past, fans were granted a viewing of the final trailer for the film ahead of its May 23 North American theatrical release. I have to say, it’s almost daunting that it’s been up to fourteen years since Singer launched this amazing franchise, ultimately putting Aussie lead actor Hugh Jackman on the Hollywood map. And with the actor appearing in all-six films in the franchise thusfar with at least two more possible films on the way, I’m pretty sure Jackman wears that badge proudly.

Several featurettes have already been aired online and are now viral as the film continues to promote through next month. Meanwhile, Singer and his team have already begun conceptualizing what may be in store for the next film, X-Men: Apocalypse, which is scheduled to arrive on May 27, 2016, prior to Jackman’s return as the titular character in the tentatively titled The Wolverine 2, slated for March 3, 2017 under director James Mangold. So, time will tell as to just how we will eventually see all of this play out. This franchise has been nothing short of epic since 2000, and as easy as it is for a lot of studios to get comic book franchises wrong, Singer‘s presence has played a significant role in helping get this one just right. Sentinels and all.
